Longing for fall.



I love autumn. It is my favorite season. I love the crisp smell in the air, leaves crackling beneath my feet, the mountains changing color. I love fall clothes...scarves, jackets, boots, layering. I love Halloween and Thanksgiving, love knowing Christmas is right around the corner.

It has been hot and humid lately and my car AC recently broke. So, as I drive around sweating, I keep reminding myself that autumn will be here soon.

    I adore autumn... although I live in the arctic tundra (also known as Wisconsin), so I never like to wish away summer too quickly, but I'd be lying if I said I am not anxiously waiting the fall! So many beautiful images!

    Fall is my FAVorite! The nights have been much cooler the past few days, so it's felt a bit like fall (tho, we're expecting major humidity again tomorrow). As much as I love fall, I hate that it means winter is right around the corner!

    Although summer is my favorite season. Autumn really is beautiful. A also recently moved to NYC. I heard autumn here is amazing! I can't wait to see it!

    I used to live on the East Coast and I loved fall...it's been years since I've seen the leaves turn and felt that cool, dry air. I live in Hawaii now, so no seasons for me. It's beautiful here, but sometimes I miss that change.

    I love tha fall! When the air is nice and crispy, and you can wear a light sweatshirt and sit in the porch and drink you coffee in the cool sunshine...ahhh, those are my favorite days. I will especially be missingmy first fall away from the beautiful mountains. sigh.

    Love Fall as well, though I'm still clinging on to Summer. We never really get much of a Summer in Europe, so when it does get warm, I'm happy enough!

    I love fall too. The changing colors in the trees makes me feel cozy. I love the cool weather and being able to wear my favorite sweaters and jackets out. It really is the perfect season. :)

    Fall is my absolute favorite time of year. The smells, the colors, the clothes, I think it exudes romance more than Spring because it's a time to snuggle together and enjoy the beautiful views. Thanks for reminding of good things to come... soon!

    A couple of summers ago my AC broke, so I know how terrible it can be! That said, I'm trying to hold onto summer as long as I can.
